Here's a quick way to get calm
HEART FOCUSED BREATHING -
Whenever you find yourself drained or in a stressful situation, this breathing technique is a sure way to bring you back to balance. It seems trivial but it is the first step to create resiliency and reduce stress and anxiety in your life. Since you have to breathe anyway, take a few moments to be conscious about it and find calm and peace. No-one will even know you are doing it; you can practice at work, in a meeting, in the bathroom, while in an argument or simply to build up your capacity to act from a controlled state of being.
First bring your attention to the center of your chest and imagine yourself breathing in and out of your heart. Perhaps take a bit longer and fuller breaths than usual, Inhaling and exhaling to the count of five. You might even try to see your breath as while light or a color coming in and out.
Consciously direct each loving breath in and out of the center of your heart and feel it filling you up.
Take a few minutes, and enjoy the quality of each breath while the world goes on around you. It only takes a few breaths and you will find yourself relaxed and rejuvenated.

How do I get started with HeartMath?
The first step is to request a complimentary consultation to see if we are a good match. During the call, I’ll ask you questions to better understand your current challenges and your primary goals. I’ll answer any questions you may have for me about the coaching process and HeartMath, including the pricing and to ascertain if you are interested in the HeartMath technology.
Once we get started the HeartMath Coaching program is six weeks long and sessions are typically 30 minutes long via Internet/phone. As with any coaching program consistent sessions that take place over a period of 2-3 months are most effective for establishing and maintaining lasting behavioral change.
The coaching package includes worksheets and e-mail support in between sessions. Please note for efficiency and goal orientation the package does expire in 4 months.
