Ancient traditions reference subtle energies (e.g. chi, prana, etheric energy, mana, orgone, life force, homeopathic resonance) that are believed to underlie the workings of traditional healing modalities.
Reiki is one such subtle energetic healing approach that aids the body in regaining its balance and energy flow. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion.
Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. It is administered by light touch and helps relax the body and restore its natural lifer-force and flow, which leaves one feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Reiki can also be used for self healing and to understand the concept of becoming one with the universe. This ancient healing system was re-introduced by Mikao Usui in Japan, in the 20th century, and its complete name is Usui Reiki Ryoho. Reiki can be used to help induce relaxation, facilitate stress release, relieve pain and enhance ones well-being. As such it can also help the body find relief from chronic ailments and dis-eases.

If you would like to learn more and study Reiki, I teach four levels to completion, which are explained in the following paragraphs.
Quantum Reiki​
There are four levels to completion of the Reiki/Quantum Reiki Program.These are:
Reiki I, Reiki II, Advanced Reiki and Reiki Master/Teacher.
In each level the practitioner is taught a number of techniques and symbols to use and is attuned to the healing energies of each level. Each level comes with a notebook and certificate and is not a standalone workshop unless you have previous Reiki training. Each level has a prerequisite of the previous level, except for Level I. Level I is an introduction to energy work, and is recommended for learning how to practice on one’s self, family and friends. Level II and up goes more into information and advanced techniques and can be used in a professional setting. These workshops are taught from a Quantum level of knowledge and include exercises and experiences that support this level of expansion.
Classes are between 5-6 hours long depending on size of group and Q&A during each session.

History, Techniques, Benefits & Self Practice.
There are no prerequisites to taking Reiki Level I. The workshops are open to all lay people interested in learning about energy medicine and supporting their own and their family's healing journey. The Reiki program is open to all groups of people, including health professionals, therapists, Spiritual Counselors, and anyone who would like to understand more about the energetic healing modalities and how the body works when in balance.

Quantum Reiki Level II is for students who have completed Reiki Level I, and want to dive deeper into energy medicine and access the Quantum universe while co-creating with new tools. Learn how to affect the quantum healing field and bring about positive changes. It is also a great class to enhance your professional business and continue on the road to success with more Reiki tools and techniques. Learn to deal with mental/emotional causes and how to send long distance healing. More symbols and techniques. Brief exploration of Crystals and their qualities.

Quantum Reiki Level III is for students who have completed QR Level II and know that this is their lives’ path. Quantum Reiki IV is for those who have a passion about Energy Medicine and science and are excited to pass this information on to others. Diving more into the fled and the possibilities for expansion within the next level of existence. Become a Reiki Master/Teacher and pass on the knowledge. This attunement is teacher specific and will enlighten you in the ways of the Master. Highest Level Symbols & techniques will be presented. Connect with your spirit guides and higher self and receive an energetic healing.
